Access to article in PubMed
I am looking for an article on PubMed. When I click on the full text link to Elsevier, I get a page called elsevier linkinghub, but this page is completely blank. What is the problem?

It is possible to go directly to pubmed.gov to search the database, but if you do so, you cannot access the full text via the library. This usually does not matter if you are on Campus (or on VPN) and the library has a subscription to the journal. If you are not on campus, the publisher, in this case Elsevier, does not know that you are from an institution that should have access to the article and therefore denies access.
If you instead go to PubMed via our database list, another link will appear under the link to the publisher. On that link it says SU.
Clicking on the SU logo will take you directly to the full text if the library has a subscription or to our link server (SFX) where you can order the article via Get it Now or as an interlibrary loan, if the library does not have access to the article.
