How do I confirm my group room booking?

You must confirm your group room booking no earlier than 15 minutes before and no later than 15 minutes after the booked time starts. If you do not confirm your booking, it will be cancelled and the room will be bookable for others.

You confirm your booking by scanning the QR code located outside the room. If you want to confirm via computer, there is a link under the QR code for each room.

A booking is automatically confirmed if you book a session that starts within less than 15 minutes or that started more than 15 minutes ago.

If the room is missing a QR code, talk to us at the library's information desk.
