How do I get a talking book account in Legimus?

We at the library will help you apply for a Legimus account with MTM, the Swedish Agency for Accessible Media. To have the right to access talking books in Legimus, you must have a disability that makes it difficult for you to read printed text.

Who can get an account in Legimus?

To have the right to obtain an account to access talking books, you must have a disability that makes it difficult for you to read. Examples of disabilities that can make it difficult to read printed text are: 

• reading and writing difficulties
• visual impairment
• physical disabilities, such as motor impairment that makes it difficult to hold a book
• intellectual disability
• neuropsychatric disabilities, such as autism and ADHD
• temporary disability due to, for example, injury or illness
